This high-efficiency automated winding solution is designed for PP strapping bands with widths ranging from 5 to 19 mm. Equipped with servo motors and a touch-screen HMI, it performs fully automatic winding processes including automatic tube changing, strap cutting, head clamping, outer-layer film wrapping, and 90° flipping discharge. With precise tension control and an adjustable winding system, it effectively minimizes strap curvature deformation while supporting both length-based and weight-based measurement modes.
