The operation is very simple, primarily involving selecting the new "strap width" parameter on the touch screen, a process that takes only seconds. The machine's servo traversing system will automatically adjust its stroke. If the paper tube specification remains the same, the new task can be started immediately, enabling quick changeover.
How should I choose between "By Length" and "By Weight" mode?
This depends on your production and customer requirements. "By Length" mode is suitable for sales by length or when there are strict requirements on coil length. "By Weight" mode is suitable for sales by weight, or when the strap weight per meter has slight variations, ensuring constant weight per coil.
