Multi-Zone Sizing Oven with Far-Infrared Heating and 100mm Insulation for Precise Heat Setting

Heat setting is the key process in PP strapping production to "freeze" molecular orientation, relieve internal stress, and reduce thermal shrinkage. This production line is equipped with a 4.0-meter long, 0.6-meter internal width far-infrared sizing oven.

Far-infrared heating tubes provide high thermal efficiency and strong penetration, quickly and uniformly heating the tape. The oven is divided into multiple independently controlled zones, allowing different temperature profiles according to process requirements. The 100mm thick high-efficiency insulation greatly reduces heat loss, lowers energy consumption, and ensures stable internal temperature. A motor-driven door opening mechanism (1.5KW) facilitates operation and maintenance.
