Dual Metering Pumps Ensuring Stable Melt Flow and Uniform Product Quality

Melt pressure stability is the core guarantee for dimensional uniformity of extruded products. This production line is equipped with two high-precision metering pumps (50cc) between the extruder and the die. The metering pumps smooth out pressure fluctuations caused by screw rotation through forced, pulse-free gear output, ensuring constant melt flow and stable pressure into the 1-out-6 die. This design significantly improves dimensional consistency among the 6 strands and along the product length, controlling width and thickness tolerances stably within ±0.05mm. It is a key technology for achieving high-quality, high-uniformity products.
