Raw material handling is the foundation of high-quality production. This production line integrates a fully automatic feeding system and raw material drying pre-treatment system to ensure process stability from the source. The suction feeder automatically replenishes PP pellets based on hopper material levels, achieving uninterrupted material supply. The built-in drying module provides precise temperature control from 0-120°C, effectively removing moisture and ensuring material entering the extruder has ≤0.1% moisture content. This eliminates defects such as product bubbles, surface splay marks ("silver streaks"), and mechanical property degradation caused by moisture volatilization.

Frequently Asked Questions
How strict is the ≤0.1% moisture content indicator? What happens if it's not met?
This is a critical process indicator. Excessive moisture in PP raw material instantly vaporizes in the extruder's high-temperature zone, forming vapor pockets. This leads to defects including "silver streaks" (surface whitening), internal micropores, reduced gloss, and severe degradation of tensile strength and impact toughness, resulting in non-conforming products.
Does the drying function need to be kept on all the time? Will it consume a lot of electricity?
Continuous operation is required. Even initially dry raw material absorbs moisture from workshop environments. The 750W dryer power is relatively small compared to overall line energy consumption, but provides immense quality stability benefits. Turning off drying may save electricity, but moisture-related scrap causes losses in raw material and production capacity that far exceed electricity costs.
Can this system handle recycled material or material with exceptionally high moisture?
The standard drying module is suitable for general virgin material and well-dried recycled material. For raw material with abnormally high initial moisture content (exceeding 1%), standard cycle drying time may be insufficient. We recommend pre-drying such material before feeding, or opting for a custom dryer with greater dehumidification capacity.
