PET Strap Semi Auto Winder for 9–32 mm Widths

The CQ800 semi-automatic PET strap winder is designed for strap widths of 9-32 mm, covering applications from light-duty hand strapping to heavy-duty petrochemical strapping. It can wind directly from the extruder in parallel and is available with one or two mandrels. The operator manually changes bobbins, while winding, tension control, layering, measurement and stop are fully automatic - balancing efficiency and cost. The central touchscreen stores multiple winding recipes for quick changeover between different PET strap widths and thicknesses, ideal for small-batch, high-mix packaging material factories.
