The CQ800 semi-automatic PET strap winder produces finished packages with a maximum outer diameter of 820 mm, coupled with a large 406 mm mandrel (or customized). The extra-large coil significantly reduces change-over frequency for end users, making it ideal for high-volume automatic strapping lines or applications requiring long continuous PET strap lengths (e.g., petrochemical, construction). Despite the large diameter, the dancer constant tension system with dual servo motors ensures uniform density and flat end faces from core to outer layer. Semi-automatic unloading uses an assisted arm or manual operation, while winding is fully automatic - balancing large coil capacity and ease of use.
