Automatic PET Strap Winder with 80kg Capacity, Dual Servo Motor, and Robotic Palletizing System

The CQA800F is designed for integration with PET strap production lines featuring one out of six or one out of eight configurations with robotic arm operation. This automated strap winder winds polyester PET straps directly from the extruder in parallel, creating coils up to 80KG each.

Once initiated with manual material application, the system operates independently and can be integrated into fully automated production plants. It accommodates PET straps with widths ranging from 9mm to 32mm depending on configuration.

When a winding package reaches the target circumference, it is automatically film-wrapped by the integrated wrapper and transferred via the transport system to the roller conveyor below. Simultaneously, a new winding tube is fed from the magazine, enabling continuous, fully automatic operation. The compact design allows installation in confined spaces.

The automated process involves the robotic arm grabbing finished products from the conveyor belt positioning area and placing them onto the pallet. When one layer is complete, the robotic arm picks up cardboard separators from the cardboard pallet and repeats the cycle until the finished product pallet is fully stacked.
