Application of Single Double Plastic Pipe Winder:

  The machine is suitable for winding of medium size and small size plastic pipes. It is used together with extruding machine, setting platform and drawing machine. Plastic pipes can be directly wind and rolled after the drawing machine, which avoids inconveniences without winding.
 

  Normally this machine is used together with our pipe production line. It is mainly used to collect the plastic flexible pipes and soft sealing strips such as aluminum-plastic compound pipe, crosslinked pipe, PE pipe and PVC pipe, etc. The machine will automatically collect and the winding speed is controlled by tension. Electromagnetic clutch is used to change the disk so as to make sure the machine can continuously work with nonstop. The arm of winding disk will open or close through pneumatic combination mode. The machine is fixed with ray creel stand for automatically pipe arrangement so as to make the pipe coil even and regular.
