55 Meters Long PP Extrusion Line with 235KW Power – Complete Turnkey Solution from Drying to Finished Roll

This production line is a comprehensive "turnkey" solution that manages the entire manufacturing process from raw material handling to finished roll winding. Spanning 55 meters in total length, the system integrates multiple specialized units to deliver complete production capability.

The complete line includes: PP raw material dryer with automatic feeding, three-ingredient mixer, φ120mm single screw extruder, belt-type screen changer, dual metering pumps, 1-out-6 die, first cooling water tank, first water removal device, low-speed three-roller haul-off unit, extension box and pressure extension unit, high-speed five-roller haul-off unit, embossing machine, sizing oven, high-speed three-roller haul-off unit, secondary cooling water tank, second water removal device, high-speed three-roller haul-off unit, accumulator, and six fully automatic drop-down winding machines.

Customers simply provide raw materials, electricity, water, and compressed air to begin production. We deliver comprehensive support including installation, commissioning, operational training, and complete technical documentation to ensure rapid production start-up and consistent operation.
