Customizable PP Strapping Die with High-Quality Die Steel and ±0.05mm Tolerance for 5-19mm Widths

Different customers have varying width requirements for PP strapping, ranging from narrow (5mm) to wide (19mm). The standard die of this production line enables synchronized production of 6 strands in the width range of 5-13.5mm. By replacing with an optional die, it can switch to synchronized production of 4 strands in the width range of 13.5-19mm.

This flexible die configuration allows one machine to cover a wider range of product specifications, meeting different order requirements. Additionally, we can customize dies according to special customer requirements (e.g., non-standard widths or special cross-sectional shapes), further expanding the production capability of the line.
