Customizable Die PP Strapping Line with High-Quality Steel and Flexible 6/4 Strand Configuration

This production line addresses varying width requirements for PP strapping, from narrow (5mm) to wide (19mm). The standard die enables synchronized production of 6 strands in the 5-13.5mm width range, while an optional die allows switching to 4 strands for the 13.5-19mm range. This flexible configuration allows one machine to cover diverse product specifications and meet different order requirements.

Custom dies can be manufactured according to special customer requirements, including non-standard widths or special cross-sectional shapes, further expanding the production capability of the line.
