During automatic winder roll changes, the winding shaft must briefly stop to unload finished rolls and load empty paper cores. Without an accumulator, tape would accumulate or break during this process. Our 200-meter accumulator automatically stores online tape during roll changes and releases it afterward, maintaining continuous production without frequent line stoppages.
