Product Introduction

This production line is built around a core advantage of 240 kg/h extrusion capacity, specifically designed for large-scale PP strapping production. Under what conditions is the 240 kg/h output measured?
This data is measured using standard PP material (MFI 3-5), producing 12mm wide, 0.6mm thick strapping at a screw speed of approx. 85 rpm and line speed of 180 m/min. Actual output may vary with product specifications, raw material properties, and process settings, but the equipment has the hardware capability to deliver this high output.
Can the cooling system keep up with such high output?
We have configured a dual-stage cooling water tank system totaling 9 meters in length (first tank 3.5m + secondary tank 5.5m), with a circulating water flow of about 5 tons/hour and an adjustable water temperature range (10-25°C). The ample cooling capacity ensures complete product setting without deformation risk even at high output.
What are the electrical requirements for a high-output line?
Total installed power is about 235KW, requiring a 380V±10% 50HZ three-phase five-wire power supply. We recommend a dedicated distribution cabinet and a transformer of adequate capacity (≥300KVA). We will provide a detailed electrical load list for your power planning.
