The CQA819PD fully automatic PP strap winder supports direct parallel winding from the extruder, eliminating the need for intermediate accumulator stands or buffer equipment. After cooling, the strap enters the winding station directly from the extruder exit, while the dancer constant tension system compensates for minor speed fluctuations between extrusion and winding. This direct integration not only simplifies line layout but also reduces the exposed strap length, lowering dust contamination and accidental stretching. The machine winds two 8-19 mm PP straps simultaneously, achieving efficient, compact extrusion-to-winding integrated production.
