Abstract

  The Polypropylene PP strap semi automatic winding machine of the CQP600 were used for winding straps in parallel directly from the extruder. These machines come with one or two winding mandrels. Versions with two bobbin mandrels permit particularly fast manual bobbin swap.

  The machines were designed for continuous operation. They wind 5 to 19 mm wide Polypropylene PP strap based on specific winding programmes. ChuanQi customises them based on specific customer specifications.
