The CQA819P Automated PP Strap Winder is engineered to wind two PP straps simultaneously directly from the extruder, effectively doubling output without increasing floor space. Unlike conventional single-spindle winders, this twin-capability design reduces production line length and accelerates throughput. Each winding position operates independently after manual threading, yet seamlessly integrates into fully automated plants.

With a winding speed of 50-300 m/min, a maximum package diameter of 500 mm, and dancer-controlled constant tension, the CQA819P ensures high-density, consistently wound coils for straps from 8 to 19 mm wide. Built for 24/7 continuous operation, it features an integrated transport system that automatically removes finished packages and feeds new winding tubes from a magazine - all while you wind two straps at once.
